Dept. of CSE conducted a guest talk on Python programming on 23rd June 2015 at #203, ground floor, II block, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Kengeri campus. The 7BTCS and 1MTCS students around 80 in number along with dept. faculty members were part of the event. The talk was delivered by Prof. Kodhanpur, a versatile genius of his age with vast experience in the field of computer science and programming.

The main intension in organizing this event is to provide an insight on programing utilities to the final year students on academic projects that they carry out in their last semester. Prof. Kodhanpur focused on providing awareness on Python programing environment with its unique features. He took some practical examples on software code to elucidate the effectiveness of Python over Java and C, also explained differences among them. The event was more interactive and concluded with a question answer session. It was good learning experience for students wherein they had a fruitful takeaways from the session.
